MADISON WINE CLUB POLICY; You will receive two wines especially chosen by our vintner, shipped to you and billed to your credit card automatically, every other month.  Cost of shipments will vary, depending on wines sent, from $30 to $50, including tax, shipping, and packaging.  All information we receive from you is used strictly for the wine club.  You may cancel your membership at any time with no further obligation, effective 30 days after we receive notice.  You must notify the winery of any address change before wine is shipped and you will be responsible for any extra shipping charges due to misdirected parcels.  We deliver via Fedex or UPS.  This offer is void where prohibited by law.  By submitting your application you declare you are at least 21 years of age.  Our wine club is available to residents of the following states:  CA, CO, NM, HI, MO, WA, WV, ID, IL, MN, and WI.  Please feel free to contact us, at the address below, if you have any questions.
